My name is Craig Prentice and I’m the Founder and Director of mum, a specialist talent partner and recruitment consultancy focused on leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
With over two decades of experience spanning hospitality operations and recruitment, I’ve built a reputation for connecting exceptional talent with brands that genuinely care about their people.

I started my career at iconic London venues including The London Eye and Roundhouse, creating great experiences and building long-lasting relationships.
I then spent years working in recruitment with high-profile hospitality clients across the industry before joining Ennismore to consult on leadership recruitment and new opening projects for The Hoxton and Working From.
In 2019, following some challenging personal experiences, I reassessed how I wanted to live and work. I believe that people deserve to be looked after properly, and so I channelled my energy into creating my own business – mum - with a vision to make hospitality and recruitment better places to be.
