giving back is part of who we are.

Our life experiences and personal journeys have inspired us to get involved in causes championing people – especially those promoting better mental health and wellbeing in hospitality.

we’re involved and invested.

Our founder Craig is a Patron for Hospitality Action, a charity that’s been taking strides to support as many hospitality people as possible since 1837. Since the beginning of 2020 alone, Hospitality Action has spent £3,000,000 supporting over 10,000 hospitality households in crisis. Whether you’re dealing with bereavement or bullying, physical or mental ill health challenges, poverty or addiction, Hospitality Action is here to help.

we walk the talk.

In 2020, Craig created Walk for Wellbeing: a nationwide event promoting better mental health and wellbeing in the industry, in support of Hospitality Action.

To date, thanks to the support from many, the event has raised over £220,000.

Walk for Wellbeing returns in October 2024 and you’re invited to get involved.

  • “I’d like to thank everyone involved in this year’s Walk for Wellbeing. The event has proven, once again, what can be achieved when we all join together.

The work of Hospitality Action is more important than ever, please continue to support however you can. Roll on Walk for Wellbeing 2024!”

  • "Walk for Wellbeing is fast becoming one of the key events in the Hospitality Action fundraising calendar. It has all the ingredients for the perfect fundraiser: it brings people together, encourages them to spend time outdoors, puts wellbeing at the heart of the conversation, and raises some serious funds for hospitality people in crisis. In turbulent times, knowing that you work within a supportive team with well-trained management is more important than ever before, and Walk for Wellbeing plays an important role in normalising conversations about our mental health.”

Mark Lewis, Chief Executive, Hospitality Action

  • “I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the grant.

I honestly cannot express how much it means. This will have such a massive impact on day-to-day life and the peace of mind it has given is priceless.”

  • “We genuinely can’t put into words how much this has helped us.

We never thought we would ever be in a position in our life to have to reach out and ask for support, but we are at rock bottom in our life right now and the support that you have shown us we will never be forgotten."
